When you book a luxury bucket-list vacation, you expect everything to go perfectly. But if years in the travel industry have taught me anything, it's that the world is unpredictable.

Many travelers panic when a major trip faces cancellation. Will I lose my money? Is my vacation ruined?

Here is where having a Certified Travel Associate (VTA) in your corner makes all the difference. Even though traditional travel insurance policies wouldn't cover this specific regional cancellation fee, I rolled up my sleeves and went to work.
